This is my game made with IG maker from enterbrain this game is like a mario game except the main charecter is me well here is the links make sure you download all 3 files from these links and put them in a common folder then click on the one with the picture to play I hope you enjoy my game! its really short I know!

The controls are x to jump and move on and when you eat an apple d to shoot a fireball still working on that animation!

Elfosng's Adventures didn't feel complete, even for a trying it out game. There was zero ambiance or story. Why is that naked guy killing crocodiles? Where is the game happening? If a player doesn't know the story, there's no way he can get into a game, even if the story is an excuse plot (Princess was kidnapped, save her kthxbai). The music choice was good and didn't annoy me, but you could use music to build up moods, thus making the game funner to play and easier to get into.
Some more work can be done in the graphics. They don't need to be good, but if your game has only three levels there's no excuse not to make the graphics match a theme.
Speaking of themes, there was absolutely none in the whole game. Purple plastic tiles, piramids in the back, glass needles (?) in the front, crocodiles, unmatching HUD, random boss... It all felt chaotic.
The controls were basic, but they should be thought out more. X to jump and D to shoot didn't felt right in a QWERTY keyboard, and using a Dvorak wouldn't help either. My suggestion is that you let the player be able to set up their own controls. I would like some explanation on what the controls are, because I only knew if I read your post. It's not a big issue if you want to just post it in some forums, but you should include a tutorial level if you want it to be shared with the general public.
The walking sound effect is annoying after a while.
A fun game to spend some time into, even if it's extremely short. It has a potential to be awesome, but right now it didn't reach its full effect.
Graphics: 3/5 Nice
Ambient: 1/5 Should be worked on
Music and SFX: 3/5 Nice
Gameplay and controls: 4/5 Good
Overall: 11/20 Nice, but has potential to be great.

No yah I made this game quite fast using the IG maker though i will work on a tutorial if you guys want so who wants me to continue this project add a story better graphics ect. please tell me so i dont waste my time <____>

I'd like to see this idea getting developed into something bigger. Even if you don't get to finish it, you'll still get better at game development. I could help with some of the graphics if it helps speeding things up, but you should do it yourself.

And remember to work on the ambient >_>

It's not a problem with the game. You need d3dx9_39.dll to run some games. You can find it if you google it.
